Subscription Plans

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We offer a full refund within the first 7 days of a new subscription if you are not satisfied.

One-Time Purchases

One-time QR code purchases are non-refundable once the QR code has been activated and scanned. If your code has not been scanned, contact us within 48 hours for a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@qrcode.com with your account email and a brief description of the issue. We aim to process refunds within 5-7 business days.
